One of my big focuses with Project: Fort is moving forward with my strength and conditioning goals. This includes my work towards becoming a personal trainer. Obviously, diet and lifting are going to be main points. That really doesn't or (for lack of a better word) hasn't change at all. Right now however, I'm panning the camera out a little bit and directing some dollars towards setting up my own gym and also getting certified as an ACE personal trainer.
First thing is I'm going to purchase some lumber and build a power rack to lift in. I am getting a hold of a good spot in my parent's garage to set up shop (it's pretty sweet the garage has a wood stove which will be killer for winter workouts). Once I get the basics (Barbell, rack, weight, and some mats). Pretty much going to hit that shit like an atom bomb.
Hard and brutal workouts, coupled with the purchase of new gear. Did someone say prowler? Hanging wood rings? Lifting platform? Oh yes, this is gonna be positively awesome.
At the same time I will be charging forward with my career goals. Feels good to get shit done.
