If there is one thing I've learned about the past year and a half is this: I go hard or not at all. Which means my approach to goals and lifestyle chances, basically are gonna be radical and violent rather than slow and peaceful. I would probable be the perfect Crossfitter. Fuck that shit. I don't roll that way. However, I might give one of the more cultish elimination diets a shot.
Probably primal or paleo. Leaning towards paleo, going to do a lot of research and bring back the info to you fine gents.

All in all, a pretty great step forward and I have a few other projects underway as well. Going to post a few completed projects (maybe my self-buzzed head!) in a few days.
