This is probably my favorite blog on the web hands down. I have purchased both of their books and frequently look through their archives for thought provoking posts. Which I find plenty, many of them; very close to my goals and interests.
One of the great distinctions this site makes is it isn't about being a "man" in the sense that you should be the opposite of a woman, but they define manliness as maturing and not being a child basically. They however never preach to never cut loose and be this 50's stereotype of stern father figure (they expertly mix the archetypes of traditional man with today's values and problems). If you have goals and needs, that you want to meet, I would implore you to search through their archives because I can assure you they do have a post relevant to what you're looking for.
